John Oak Dalton just tipped me off that Sex Machine is now available as an “Instant Play” via Netflix. That means you can watch the movie immediately via your computer or other digital device. I don’t know the details of how it works, but if you’re already a Netflix member, what do you have to lose?

I thought by leaving OKC I would be putting the crazy weather behind me, but I guess it decided to follow me. Here’s a photo of the wreckage after the storm at Sexy Picnic Artists Studio last night.

Headed back for Austin with a renewed sense of energy and purpose.

The song is “Again and Again” by the Bird and the Bee. I don’t really anything about the video beyond what is on the YouTube profile, but it’s pretty cool and definitely shows off a lot of cool things about using a Mac. I also love how it transitions midway through from Tiger to Leopard. The YouTube page has a list of all the applications used in the creation of the video.

I am still loving my new MacBook. I’m amazed at how fast and smoothly the computer runs right out of the box. This is the first computer I’ve had that I’ve been this happy with and I now consider it essential to my new transient lifestyle. I’m using for just about everything: writing, email, web design, photo stuff, scheduling and even watching TV. The only thing I’m not doing on it is editing.

It only looks like the trailer for an 80’s porno movie. It’s really a trailer for the upcoming Chuck Palahniuk book SNUFF. There’s even a MySpace profile set up for the Cassie Wright character. THIS is how you do viral marketing.
